Making instruments one-at-a-time involves taking risks. As a luthier, I constantly strive toward perfection, making an effort to reach farther than before, crafting each successive guitar with growing skill, perception and sensitivity. Each completed guitar represents weeks of focus, dedication, creativity and thought. In essence, I am committed to producing the finest instruments I am capable of.
I wish for my customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. For that reason, I offer a five-day approval period, which begins on the day the shipping carrier delivers the guitar to the destination address. If, within that 5-day period, you determine that the guitar is not for you, please notify me via e-mail or telephone, and we will arrange for a return. This approval period does not apply to highly customized guitars. Additional details can be found here.
Any guitars purchased from the inventory qualify for the same approval period and guarantee.
